Hartmut Briesenick (born 7 March 1949 in Luckenwalde, Brandenburg) was an East German athlete who mainly competed in the men's shot put event.
He competed for East Germany at the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, Germany where he won the bronze medal in the men's shot put event.
